Charlie Kirk - Evidence Doesn't Lie: Part 2
Here is a compiled list of factual anomalies about the case that the mainstream media are not discussing.
1. Crime scene paved over four days after the shooting on a Sunday in Utah.
Dan Merrell describes getting an urgent call to do paver work at the UVU site shortly after the September 10, 2025 shooting. He says the area had already been excavated before his crew arrived, that it was presented as a rush job with pressure to finish quickly, and he spoke about what he saw, why he took the job, and the backlash he faced afterward.

2. A .30-06 is not stopped by 3 inches of neck tissue.
Per multiple former military special forces operators, a neck does not stop a .30-06 bullet.
A direct ballistic test using a .30-06 round on a realistic ballistic dummy neck (thick meat/neck analog, about 4–5 inches) shows the round completely obliterates the neck structure — it does not stop inside.

3. The absence of an ambulance at an event with more than 3,000 people.
At the September 10, 2025 event (actual attendance exceeded 3,000):
- Organizers answered “no” on the university planning form to “Will EMS need to be scheduled?”
- The event was approved with only two university emergency medical personnel on site and no dedicated ambulance.
- This indicates that, based on the submitted plan, a full ambulance standby was not mandated by UVU or local authorities.
4. Refusal of help from two medical professionals with medical bags.
Witnesses state that Kirk’s private security detail would not let campus EMTs near him or allow them to assist.
5. The SUV that transported him from the crime scene was cleaned, refurbished and sold.
Tyler Robinson Case BOMBSHELL Charlie Kirk's SUV Auctioned Before Anyone Tested It
The vehicle has been identified by online researchers as a 2025 GMC Yukon XL Denali (VIN: 1GKS2JRLOSL59139). It was not a rental.
What happened to it:
- It was towed after the incident.
- It entered the salvage/auction system via Copart Inc.
- It was marked “J-Junk” around September 24, 2025 and transferred from Utah to Texas.
- It was sold at auction on or around November 22, 2025.
- It was later purchased by Jessup Auto Plaza in California.
6. No hospital footage available and was confiscated by the FBI.
No hospital footage has been made publicly available. There are no released security camera videos, bodycam footage, or eyewitness videos from inside or outside the hospital showing Kirk’s arrival or treatment.
7. George Zinn jumps up immediately after the bang and claims he did it.
Immediately after the shot, Zinn began yelling that he was the shooter (“I shot him, now shoot me!”). This drew the attention of the few officers on scene. He was quickly detained and later admitted he made the false claim to distract law enforcement so the real shooter could escape. He was the first person arrested.
8. A man going from hospital to hospital armed looking for Charlie (police scanner).
Police scanner audio from September 10, 2025 contains reports of an armed individual going from hospital to hospital looking for Charlie Kirk.
9. Police scanner reports people hanging out of the SUV on its way to the hospital.
An officer reported:
“Everybody get off the radio. I’ve got a black SUV northbound on Wolverine Way. Passenger door is open. Someone’s trying to hang out of it.”
This was broadcast shortly after the shooting.
10. Jet takes off from a local airport and turns off its transponder.
A Bombardier Challenger 300 (tail number N888KG) took off from Provo Airport (PVU) around 1:11 p.m. on September 10, 2025. Its transponder was turned off near northern Arizona before landing at Page Municipal Airport, then returning to Provo.
11. Tyler texts that he wants to take the secret to his grave but leaves a handwritten note under his keyboard.
His roommate burned the note but took a picture of it first.
12. The roommate Lance Twiggs is immediately cleared and allowed to leave the state.
He was the #1 witness to most of the confession evidence.

Removal of SD Card
Farnsworth removed the SD card from the camera. Independent researchers claim this was not to protect Erika Kirk from graphic images, but because the footage contained evidence of an inside job.

15. Pre-event foreknowledge and timeline anomalies (Baron Coleman).
